We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. Critiques
The lighting used well conveyed a very real and very honest message, emphasizing the wrinkles and the age of the subject, and how beautifully his silver white hairs were illustrated.
The brown against the black and finally whites and highlights centralized created a very dynamic contrast. How everything looks exceptionally subtle yet very strong. With detailed examination, the image looks as though it was 3D, touchable from the other side.
I love this image not just because of its execution, but how it had suddenly painted a thousand words in my mind, it is as though the subject and I were long lost friends and just had a very long conversation.
Beautifully executed and a masterpiece indeed!
